Elevate your tubeless game with the Muc-Off Replacement Valve Core – the ultimate solution for ensuring your Muc-Off Tubeless Valves operate at peak performance! As riders ourselves, we know the value of every second on the trail, and our valve core won't let you down.
FEATURES
- Easy Installation: Hassle-free replacement means you can get back on your bike in no time, with no need for special tools or headaches.
- Air-Tight Seal: Our valve core guarantees a perfect seal, preventing annoying air leakage and maintaining tire pressure with precision.
- Precision Engineered: Crafted to Muc-Off's exacting standards, our valve core ensures top-tier performance, even in the most demanding riding conditions.
-
Weatherproof Durability: Don't let harsh conditions slow you down. Our valve core is built to resist the elements, so you can ride confidently through rain, mud, and more.
HOW TO
- Firstly, remove the valve cap, locking ring and o-ring from the valve stem.
- Using the valve core remover which was included in your Tubeless Valves set, remove the existing valve core.
- Now push the valve stem into the hole in the rim and push it right the way though. Then place the rubber 0-ring onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
- Screw the locking ring onto the valve stem and tighten down above the o-ring. This sandwiches between the locking ring and the rim. Push firmly down on the valve base inside the rim as you tighten the locking ring. Keep pushing until the locking rick is hand tight and the rubber o-ring squashes out. This way you know you've created a good air tight seal.
- TIP - don't over tighten as this can cause leaking. Finish by screwing on your preferred valve cap.
- Use the valve core removal tool (integrated into spare alloy cap) to remove the core and fill with no puncture hassle tubeless sealant and inflate! Job Done.
TOP TIP- Spray with Bike Protect or MO-94 before installing.

DESCRIPTION
Braving the elements? Then grab our new Rain Shield Re-proofer spray. It creates a cutting edge DWR (Durable Water Repellent) layer on all types of technical clothing.
It is a simple to use ‘spray on’ waterproofing treatment, designed to restore factory levels of performance on all waterproof and breathable fabrics. It uses the latest technology to reduce the surface tension of the fabric and provide the very best waterproofing without impacting the breathability of fabrics. It also helps to protect against mud and ground-in stains. And the best bit? It’s safe for the environment, as it’s water-based and doesn't contain PFCs!
Our state-of-the-art ‘spray on’ formula gives unrivalled protection within 24 hours of treatment. After application, water will bead and roll off, so you’re protected to go and get rad in the harshest of conditions.
FEATURES
- PFC free, water-based formula
- Not harmful for the environment or to you
- Helps to repel wet mud and grime and protects against ground-in stains
- Will not impact breathability of garments
- Extends life and performance of garments
- Easy to apply, supplied in a spray bottle
- Can be used on any technical or waterproof/water repellent fabric including Goretex®, Polartec®, Pertex®, eVent®, softshell clothing, hardshell clothing and down-filled garments
- Will treat 1-2 garments per bottle!
HOW TO
- Shake bottle well before use to activate the formula.
- Spray all over a clean, damp garment from 10-15cm away until garment is fully treated. (We would recommend using a technical performance wash to clean the garment before application. Always follow the washing instructions on the label.). We recommend spraying in a well-ventilated, dry area.
- Remove any excess treatment with a clean cloth.
- . Allow treatment to cure. Air dry by hangingup and leave to dry overnight before wearing garment in wet conditions again.
- The efficiency of the DWR applied to the surface of the technical apparel will gradually wear off over time with normal wear and washing, so we recommend refreshing the coating every 3 months depending on wear and washing. All waterproof clothing needs to be cared for to keep it performing at its best. Using ordinary household detergent will ultimately break down the DWR and impair the water repellent due to the heavy surfactants in these products. If you notice that water is no longer beading on the surface of your garment and soaking into the fabric then it is time to refresh with re-proofer. Best applied to a clean, damp garment for optimum results.

DESCRIPTION
This one’s for the speed freaks. Say hello to the world’s fastest race lube – Ludicrous AF. It's pure drivetrain dynamite!
This badass bottle of liquid magic has been in the works with our lab boffins for over three years. The result is a category-leading piece of exceptional science that marries unrivalled speed with sustainability, through cutting-edge research and innovation.
It’s the F1 car of bike lubes – stripped back to the bare essentials. That means no colouring, no fragrance, no additional corrosion inhibitor, just a unique blend of renewable and readily biodegradable ingredients designed to minimise chain friction and wear, whilst maximising performance in all conditions. This all means one thing – RAW SPEED!
With an ultra-viscous formula that makes its way into every contact point of your chain, smoothness and silence is guaranteed. So when you’re chasing the competition you can shift with the confidence that you’re using the best around.
Developed in secret over a number of years by Muc-Off’s in-house R&D Team, tested with INEOS Grenadiers, EF Education-NIPPO, BMC Pro Triathlon, Canyon//SRAM, plus other professional teams and athletes, Ludicrous AF takes drivetrain performance to a whole new level. Perfected throughout the 2020 Grand Tour season, with multiple podiums and overall wins at the last two Giro d’Italias, you simply won’t find a faster lube!
Calling all hardcore roadies, track racers & triathletes, the game just changed!
HOW TO
Directions for use:
Fully degrease drivetrain thoroughly before lube application.
Ensure the drivetrain area is dry. For optimum results, we recommend removing your chain before or after cleaning, and drying it thoroughly in an oven, to ensure all moisture is removed before applying Ludicrous AF.
Shake the bottle vigorously and apply a moderate amount of Ludicrous AF to the inside of each chain link, whilst spinning pedals in a reverse motion. For optimum results, we recommend using an Ultrasonic Tank, to ensure total critical surface coverage.
Apply the night before your race. For optimum results, we recommend allowing as much time as possible for Ludicrous AF to work its magic.
Wipe off excess lube carefully.
How to ensure your chain is in its optimal performance window
Ludicrous AF will work straight out of the bottle, but for maximum race performance, the friction modifier should be activated first. The activation occurs during articulation of the chain by attracting the additive in the lubricant and adsorption occurs. With a new chain or a chain treated with AF for the first time, a minimum of 2-3hrs riding followed by a clean and retreat will give optimum results. Then, pre-race, 30 mins of riding will get you to the absolute performance sweet spot. As the additives start adsorbing on either side of the contact, the formation of a low friction plane is initiated, and friction starts to decrease. Multiple cleans and retreats will continue to improve the performance as the chain reaches an optimised state.
Additional note: To avoid corrosion, clean and re-lube immediately after riding in wet conditions to maintain peak performance. Keep out of the reach of children.
*Only contents are readily biodegradable
