HOW TO Directions for use:

Fully degrease drivetrain thoroughly before lube application.
Ensure the drivetrain area is dry. For optimum results, we recommend removing your chain before or after cleaning, and drying it thoroughly in an oven, to ensure all moisture is removed before applying Ludicrous AF.
Shake the bottle vigorously and apply a moderate amount of Ludicrous AF to the inside of each chain link, whilst spinning pedals in a reverse motion. For optimum results, we recommend using an Ultrasonic Tank, to ensure total critical surface coverage.
Apply the night before your race. For optimum results, we recommend allowing as much time as possible for Ludicrous AF to work its magic.
Wipe off excess lube carefully.

How to ensure your chain is in its optimal performance window
Ludicrous AF will work straight out of the bottle, but for maximum race performance, the friction modifier should be activated first. The activation occurs during articulation of the chain by attracting the additive in the lubricant and adsorption occurs. With a new chain or a chain treated with AF for the first time, a minimum of 2-3hrs riding followed by a clean and retreat will give optimum results. Then, pre-race, 30 mins of riding will get you to the absolute performance sweet spot. As the additives start adsorbing on either side of the contact, the formation of a low friction plane is initiated, and friction starts to decrease. Multiple cleans and retreats will continue to improve the performance as the chain reaches an optimised state.

Additional note: To avoid corrosion, clean and re-lube immediately after riding in wet conditions to maintain peak performance. Keep out of the reach of children.

This non-aggressive proprietary formula helps remove rim tape glue, sealant or tubular glue residue from inside rims (and many other surfaces) prior to applying Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape. Safe to use on most metal, plastic and carbon fibre surfaces.

The Muc-Off Ceramic coating is a highly advanced, durable, silicon-infused protective layer that chemically bonds to your paintwork, producing a high-performance hydrophobic layer for maximum water and dirt shedding properties. It’s designed to keep your steed cleaner for longer, and much easier to clean and maintain. This is because the coating drastically reduces the surface tension, providing long term, year-round protection to your pride and joy, even in the harshest weather conditions. It also contains UV protection to help ensure your paint doesn’t fade in direct sunlight and can help reduce the risk of micro scratches.  

Safe to use on paintwork, carbon fibre, metal components, wheels, vinyl and rigid plastic trim with protection lasting up to 2 years as its chemical resistant. You can use it on Gloss or Matt finishes (After curing it will give a richer and darker colour tone on matt finishes).

HOW TO

PREPARING THE SURFACE

1. Thoroughly wash your bike using Nano Tech Bike Cleaner, Punk Powder or Snow Foam, then ensure it is completely dry before starting the coating process
2. Depending on the condition of the paint or surface, perform the appropriate level of paint correction to remove any defects including swirl marks, water spots, and scratches. Keep in mind this product is very durable and will seal in any imperfections
3. Remove any excess paint correction or wax/polish residue by wiping all painted surfaces with surface prep spray. Simply spray onto the microfibre cloth and wipe down

CERAMIC COATING APPLICATION

1. We recommend applying the coating in a cool, dry, clean area, inside with good lighting and ventilation. For non-factory finishes test a small inconspicuous area prior to full coverage.
2. Shake the bottle thoroughly for 10 seconds to activate the formula.
3. We recommend wearing protective gloves when applying the coating.
4. Unscrew the child-resistant cap, then apply the coating sparingly and evenly along the provided microfiber applicator pad. (A little coating goes a long way).
5. Starting at the highest surfaces, work in a crosshatch #, overlapping pattern to ensure all areas are coated. We recommend limiting application areas to the approximate size of 1 bike tube/panel at a time. Relax and take your time, applying slowly and carefully for the best results.
6. Add additional coating to the applicator pad when the coating is not being applied evenly and or the applicator does not glide over the surface smoothly.
7. Allow the wet coating to cure for 5 minutes. During this time the coated surface will develop a rainbow-like appearance. In this time check that you have covered all areas. Using the provided microfiber cloth, lightly buff the surface using small circular motions to a high gloss, mirror-like finish. Be sure to check the surface in multiple light angles to ensure all the rainbow effect has been removed. Do not allow the wet coating to cure for longer than 5 minutes and ensure it has all been buffed off.
8. Once buffed off, let the coating fully cure for 24 hours in a cool dry place before exposing it to water or the elements. (For best results and adhesion, we do not recommend washing for at least 48 hours after application).
9. You can easily layer up the coating with a second application for even longer durability, simply follow the costing application instructions above after the first layer has fully cured. You do not need to re-prep.
10. Use within 6 months once opened

The Muc-Off Pressure Washer Bicycle Bundle includes all you need to get your bike back to that factory fresh look while also looking out for those delicate bearings, surfaces and suspension parts. Our pressure washer bundle features three lances to cater for specific cleaning needs, as well as a Snow Foam Lance to transform your bottle of Nano Tech Bike Cleaner into the ultimate dirt destroying snow foam.

A waterproof Dry Bag is also included. All you need is a power source and water supply and you'll be able to give your pride and joy the ultimate deep clean it deserves!

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR USE WITH COLD WATER ONLY! DO NOT USE HOT WATER IN THIS PRESSURE WASHER.

1. Operate the pressure washer at no more than the fluid pressure rated for the pressure washer.
   Never run the pressure washer without a water supply. Running the unit without a water supply will cause irreparable damage to the unit.
2. Make sure that the water supply you use for the pressure washer is not dirty, sandy, and does not hold any corrosive chemical products. Using a dirty water supply will compromise the long life of the pressure washer.
3. NEVER move the unit by pulling on the hose. Use the handle provided on the top of the unit.

IMPORTANT SAFETY TIPS:

• Never point the pressure nozzle at people or animals.
• Never drink alcohol or use drugs while operating the pressure washer.
• Never operate the pressure washer while standing in water.
• Never touch the electrical plug with wet hands.
• Never let electrical connections rest in water.
• Never operate pressure washer without the water turned on.
• Never use hot water with this pressure washer.

HOW TO

2. Spray Nano Tech Bike Cleaner onto the entire bike including components and leave for 3-5 minutes
3. Agitate any stubborn grime with a brush or sponge
4. Rinse entire bike thoroughly with fresh, clean water

Bike Protect

1. After washing your bike with Muc-Off Nano Tech Bike Cleaner, apply Bike Protect to disperse remaining moisture
2. Wipe away any excess fluid and leave to dry

Copper Compound paste make stuck threaded screw connections and tight metal joints are a thing of the past. Simply apply it to threaded, plug and screw connections that are especially exposed to corrosion. The copper-based assembly paste reliably prevents contact corrosion and resulting damages on threaded connections and metal parts.
Apart from protecting bottom bracket, headset and thru axle threads, the assembly paste also keeps sensitive components running smoothly. It helps reduce friction and thus prevents creaking and cracking noises on seatpost and cranks.
